Categories include Hot Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Salsa, Dry Spice (seasonings, rubs, mixes...), Condiment (ketchup, mustard, steak sauce...), Sweet Condiment (jelly, jam, honey...), Snack/Sweet (jerky, chips, candy...), Extreme Product, and Open Class (miscellaneous hot), with many sub-categories.
