I've got to work, but Ill be there in gastric spirit. I'll be interested in everyones take on Brushfire BBQ. We went Monday and I can say that the vinegar slaw was good and the Chipotle BBQ sauce was good. The Brisket was tender, but I got the hungry portion and it was only two little strips. We got ribs, wings and pork. The pork was watery like it had been steamed on a flat top to heat it. It could've been the time (about 2:30pm) but I doubt I would go there again. We're gonna try Rod's next time we're up in Tucson.
