My wife has a few friends in Tuscon so we are looking at making the trip down.  I will know more later but if we do it could be only two people or as many as 9.  I hope to have more concrete info in the next few days!

So what are we up to?

Well we handed out flyers we are hoping for at least 20 come where are all the Southern Arizona cooker at

I've got to work, but Ill be there in gastric spirit.  I'll be interested in everyones take on Brushfire BBQ.  We went Monday and I can say that the vinegar slaw was good and the Chipotle BBQ sauce was good. The Brisket was tender, but I got the hungry portion and it was only two little strips. We got ribs, wings and pork. The pork was watery like it had been steamed on a flat top to heat it.  It could've been the time (about 2:30pm) but I doubt I would go there again. We're gonna try Rod's next time we're up in Tucson.
