If you think that you might like to attend this event - please be sure and contact the health dept for a Temporary Health Permit
www.nmenv.state.nm.us/foodprogram  If you call them they will prepare the permit and have it ready when you arrive.

Sounds like a great event Lynn.  Who is Promoting this event? Anyone we know?  Who are the sponsors?

Short notice, but certainly not impossible to plan for.  Any AZBarbeque teams planning on competing at this event??

It is at the Black Gold Casino - and looks like it will be a great event.
We are going out to cook it with several other teams from the area.
