I need some judges for a THROW DOWN.. The exc. Chef from the Gym and I can not figure out whom between us has the best BBQ sauce. So there is no better place to find out. I have never done a throw down so how's it done. That is if he is'nt a chicken #*&(.

This will be a fun thing for a bunch of reasons. They both are stubborn and sometimes don't play well together in a good way. I know my pref. but would love to here from others. They both have a cookie but there is only one glass of milk left. Hmmmm.

It would be in one of our areas, they both are awesome and mess with each other all the time about who is better. It actually benefits me cuz I get to taste both of what they make. It's really about bragging rights and trash talking in a good way. Between all of us I think they are more nervous about each other than the judges.

They are talking about doing this out at the Stagecoach event.

Just let us know what day and time and we will get some judges to come over and do it.

Should be fun.  Throwdowns usually are.  I remember a rib one I did recently...

Yes and you won it square and fair......... I think the difference though was the filtered water you used........

Yea we give them all kind of sh-- and sometimes may stir it up more than need be, but I will say they both make a very good bbq sauce and smoked meats.
