Title: Quarterly Meet and Greet

Hey all, we are tossing around the idea of planning a quarterly meet and greet for all of our members.

We are thinking about doing it as a type of BBQ crawl.  Maybe meeting at a different local BBQ resturant each month and afterwards, each of us could post our review of that resturant on line here.

Let's hear your thoughts on this.  We might even be able to get some of the local BBQ resturants to buy into this and invite us, that would be cool.

Don't know, that would be up in the air until we locked down a date and time and area of town.  There are BBQ Resturants all over that I'm sure we could go check out.

Any Suggestions???

As for picking a place - has anybody looked to see if there is a listing of BBQ specific places available?

Well,I was bored today,looking over old threads and came across this one.Has anyone ever put together a quarterly get together ?I think it is a great idea,but not sure how everyone else feels.I hope to finally meet alot of you at Lake Pleasant,but also would like to meet and greet year around !! Just wondered what became of this,I am in,if anyone else is interested ! :)

Yea, we have done a few, probably plan another one sometime in December.

Right now with the Lake Pleasant thing coming up, it's just too hectic.

Besides, it's football season, hard to plan a get together around that...  ;)
