I just wanted to say Happy New Year to our AZ BBQ Friends. We didn't get to make it down there as much as we would of liked to this year but AZ local bbq teams are the heart and soul of bbq to us. We have met some life long friends down there and after traveling all over the place this last year, we still think of AZ as our favorite place to compete.
Hope you all can make up to Utah this year to some of the contest this summer. I know you all would do well up here and it will give you a chance to get out of the heat in the summer.
