I see that Pellet Envy has Pulte listed on their schedule this year.It would ne nice to see if they wanted to do an Az./Ca./NM./Ut. class in 2010 here . I think between the 4 states we could have plenty of students.Who would be interested ?

I am not sure, maybe given enough time in advance. Maybe we should put it out and get feelers for it.I know they get way more students  than that in other states for their classes,I think we could do it with 3 or 4 states. ;)

No word from them yet, but that would be cool.  We already have some big name teams coming out for it, should be another great cook-off.

Thanks, Scottie! Hope you had a great time, despite the fact that you didn't win...

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

While you compete to win, you can't be disappointed in not winning a contest like the Jack.

Rod may have a tie up that doesn't allow him to make Pulte, but I was doing a hard sell on him...  So maybe he will go?...

Hey Scottie,

Are you trying to get him to bring FEC so you can use one???

Or will Rod go for the Jambo?

Well...  He actually pulled out his 'old school' FE's at the Jack...  It don't matter what Rod cooks on, he is dangerous.  My guess would be it's easier for him to pull the Jambo to AZ, than it is his trailer....

I'm having a little health issue right now.  WIll know more tomorrow..  But my attempt at a repeat might be put on hold.  So I figure what better guy to replace me than the team leading the team of the year race....    >:D

Health Issue, I hope it is nothing serious and that you will be well soon.  But, I bet Todd would take the FEC's if you are not going to use them??

Get better and I wish you well.
