Flyer on the amateur contest mentioned on another posting, I do appreciate everyones interest. There will be music, food and beer for the 2 person teams. The brewery has tours if anyone is interested, first one at 1pm.  As far as fuel/cooking gas, electric, wood, charcoal may be used, there is electrical but limited.  I could not attach the registration form so if you would like one send me an email to dtb4322@gmail.com and i will forward. There is a sauce contest ( optional )but the sauce must be cooked on site because you must use Old World Dark Knight Porter (provided at no cost) as an ingredient. If you have any other questions please ask.

As I am currently in an apartment and one with a patio, I only have an electric smoker. Would
I be guaranteed a standard electric outlet to use?

Also is their any update on the event info? When turn in time would be for both competitions?

Thanks

Were limited on space, were trying to squeeze 12 teams in the space we have.  There should be enough room for electric, hesitate to guarantee but we have only received one request for electric so I don't think it will be a problem.
