I went to a Chili Cook Off at Lost lake Resort 25 miles above Blythe Yesterday great crowd
The Chili guys are alot of fun Looks like the Owner wants to add us doing Q to the event
It would be the one day rules Overnight just wouldn't work with the setting
so it would be Tri Tip, Spares,Half Chicken and a Required Peoples Choice probably Beans

Nice, but for us to come, there would have to be a place close by for us to stay, it's just too long for a turn around...  ;)

Its an RV park so not a problem
They are just conserned about all night cooking
 Folks live VERY close to the competition site
