Hey all, I just wanted to see what the interest was in having either a May or June BBQ Crawl.  It's long overdue.

What month and what specific Saturday or Sunday would work for everyone?

Also, I was hoping to finish up at Kinfolk's BBQ and present them with a plaque declaring them AZBarbeque's 2007 Member's Preferred BBQ Restaurant.

Thoughts, Ideas, Suggestions.

Anyone want to help organize and plan this one?

Should be a great time to get everyone together again.

Hey Mike,

Sounds good, as I have been wanting to do a BBQ crawl with the group, but for some reason the timing was off on the past ones.  For me Saturdays work best (except the 7th of June, as I am in Virginia for a wedding) and gives Sunday to digest.    I also would not schedule anything for the memorial weekend, as I know people will be gone.  We are going to Boulder City to compete.

Is there any news on this?  Do we have any dates planned yet?

The only weekend we are home/not competing in May is 17/18 and I highly doubt we'll be doing anything related to barbeque.

As for June, we're home/not competing the weekends of 14/15 & 28/29 and we might possibly be talked into eating someone else's barbeque just for a break from our own!

I met with Bernie and Dean today and we will be working on this within the next 2 weeks.  June is looking good...
