My oldest Boy will be turning 12 next week.  His birthday plan is to get his friends over to play a little football, then come in and watch the San Deigo vs. Pittsburgh game and tailgate. 

Menu is shaping up to be:

Smoke Fried Wings
Pulled Pork
Ribs
Brisket
Beans
Potato Salad
and he is still thinking of more.

I thinik I like this more than the Bounce House Days.

The young man has a great menu put together. I wish my father had been more into making it than just buying it. A great way to keep the family together.

He is getting pretty pumped up and we have at least 5 of the parents that want to come over too.  Going to be a big party.  I am heading out to Rest Depot to pick up some Briskets, I will cook 2 butts and I am thinking of 10 racks of ribs right now and that might go up.
