Loot N' Booty BBQ Competition Chicken and Pork Rib Meat Science Class

Hello everyone - I am holding my next Green Mountain Grills Meat Science Class on Saturday Sept. 23rd at Pure Patio in Goodyear, AZ. This class will cover Competition Chicken and Ribs. We will cover everything from meat selection, trimming, seasonings and sauces, timeline, process and boxing. Class will start at 9am and end at 1pm. Cost is $150/person or $250/couple.
