Trying to nail down a date Jan just is not going to work
I am looking at Oct or late Mar.  Its just crazy how many folks
you have to line up

Easter is March 8 in 2007
I  will being going the weekend before or the weekend after
GREAT location RV park at a nice Elks lodge

30/31 March 07 weekend before Easter
The Autry will be the weekned after Easter.
I have couple of Top Teams from Texas flying in
Anyone want to learn somethin about Q helping them?

What kind of help are they needing???

That weekend before Easter should be a great time for a BBQ cook-off.

How many teams are you hoping for/expecting?

Well we get a team togather for the Az cookoff I hope we can have some of them here'
Number of teams? I was told by a experienced promoter to be happy with 12 teams 1st year out
My goal is to do more than that BUT my primary goal is to have  GOOD Time
