Title: I Personally Challange All of our AZBarbeque Members
Post by: Mike (AZBarbeque) on November 17, 2009, 04:46:09 pm: Hey all, I just got done talking with Tom Cocoran, one of our KCBS CBJ's here in Arizona and he informed me that he challenged all of the staff at the school that he worked to vote for us and help us get 100 votes within 24 hours. Well, he did it, they were able to get 100 votes.

If they can do it, so can all of you.

I personally challenge all of you to help us get to 500 votes by the end of this week. We can only do it with your help.

We need you to campaign for us to your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, etc. Post it up on Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, or any other forums you visit.

AZBarbeque NEEDs to win this contest so we can auction off the prize and use 100% of the proceeds to help start up a college fund for Bernie's Granddaughters. Many of you know Bernie, he is also one of our Top KCBS CBJ's here in Arizona and has the biggest heart of anyone I know. He is always there to help out and lend a hand in any way he can. Bernie Lost his Grandson, Daughter & Son this past year in 3 separate incidents. Needless to say, so did his Granddaughters. They lost their Mom, Brother & Uncle. All they have known this year is Tragedy. We want to give them something at our Annual Holiday Party that will help them finish off the year on a good note.

Please Help us so we can Help them. We have a great community here at AZBarbeque and in the BBQ Community and I know you all will help us out.

Well since this thread has already been hijacked.....most of the UA tailgaters are heading to the stadium to watch a winning team. :D

Now back on topic, how can we vote each day? I also thought it was only a once a month thing.

Be careful on the voting, they do look at IP address and they do send out e-mails to everyone before determining the winner. Any that bounce back will be deleted and their vote not counted, so don't use dummy e-mail address.

We really need everyone to vote.

If anyone is going to be at the ASU game on Saturday and has a laptop with an air card in it and wants to bring it out to help us get votes, that would be great, let me know.

I will have mine out there and probably one other, but we could use a few of them. We are going to set up and really do an all out push to get votes. If you are able to help us, please respond.

Our new goal for this month is 1000 votes. That's another 460 with less than 7 days to go. I do think we can do it, but we are going to need everyone's support.
