I am doing a Invitational at this event

First weekend of May
limited number of teams
We have a Peoples Choice 100 pounds of Ribs
as a part of this Both Sat and Sun
MUST be willing to work the crowd and have
entertainment value This is not a "watch the grass grow" deal

Thom, I would love to put together a team from AZBarbeque to cook at this event.  I know we could handle the 100 pounds of ribs each day plus the competition meats, so count us in.  We would love to get an Invitation...

Never competed in an Invitational before....  :D

Plus, I can be "Entertaining"....  Maybe I will dress up as Sparky....  >:D
