Thom, I would love to put together a team from AZBarbeque to cook at this event.  I know we could handle the 100 pounds of ribs each day plus the competition meats, so count us in.  We would love to get an Invitation...

Never competed in an Invitational before.... 

Plus, I can be "Entertaining"....  Maybe I will dress up as Sparky....
