We have a date and we are up and running for the
6th annual Smokey Hayes
"Porkin' on the River"
BBQ Competition!
March 3rd & 4th 2017
at the Pioneer Hotel & Gambling Hall
in Laughlin Nevada!
This is a 2 category competition consisting of
Pork Ribs & Pork Shoulder. Prize pool of $5000.00!
People's Choice Award of $100.00 and a Trophy.
Also we are having the
"One Bite Beef Challenge"
Winner take all, Entry $25.00 on Friday the 3rd

Entry is $100.00 for a 20 x 20 space & $125.00 for a 20 x 40 space!

We will be needing 12 - 14 Judges who can sign up on the web site!
Portion of proceeds go to our local "River Fund" & the Laughlin Rotary.

Last year was a fantastic turn out and a lot of fun was had by all.

We have our first team to register! We welcome "Dad's Chillin & Grillin" to the competition.

Do not forget to enter the "One Bite Beef Challenge" on Friday. Last year the prize pool was $600.00! The entry is $25.00 and it's winner take all!

Yes, it does sound like a GREAT event and everything I've ever heard about it was great.

If we weren't already booked out that Saturday for a Charity Gig, we would be there.

Keep up the great work and we hope you get lots of teams signed up.

Had a great Veterans Day BBQ'n for AMVETS Post 19 in Fort Mohave. We had lots of hungry Vets and public come and enjoy Pulled Pork sandwich's with Potato Salad & Baked Beans. We also had the "Men of Fire" M/C Club show up in force and with a healthy appetite. A special "Thank You" to them!
We will split the proceeds with the AMVETS Post 19 and the Son's of AMVETS Post 19.
