I think maybe it would be useful for all of us to have a competition/event calendar here.There are many competitions in the souwthwest here and some may have conflicting dates.I don't know  all of the Co. ,UT.,NV.,NM. ,competitions,dates,or locations.I know all of the Az. ,and Ca. events from the websites,but the other states we may all miss out on some.Maybe we can post competitions that we all know of coming up in surrounding states so we can start to make plans for 2008 season.Any ideas ?

I know Mike is getting ready to load the information for this next event in February....... It will be held February 29-March 1, 2008 in Avondale, AZ..
Southwest Speciality Foods.. otherwise known as ASS Kicken Sauces........... is the title sponsor...... It is a charity event for the Litchfield Elementary School District, Fighter Country Partnership (Luke Air Force Base) and the YMCA... the range of the crowd at the multi event can range from 2000-5000.. Many different events plus weekend warrior cookoff in addition to the competition event.... You could actually enter both......we will have better numbers towards the end of January...... It is a triple crown event.......... so mark your calendars and check this website in the next few days for all the info and registration and monies.....

Promises to be a great event........ on nice facilities............. on real grass......

Nope, the Avondale event is still on, the April event was Cancelled..

We have the Pulte Event in January

The Avondale Event in Feb... Details to be announced soon.

A Demo Event in March out at the Univ of Phoenix Stadium (Same Weekend as QN4U Class)  Details to be announced soon.

Golly. This a long way to travel from the house for a cookoff. If I was to make a guesstimate I'd have to say probably 1/4 to 1/3 mile from home. Once I get the cookers loaded on Friday night I should be home in time for cocktails, dinner and a nice long sleep in my own bed. It'll be a toughie but I think I can manage. What a deal!!!!!!!!!
