I have a few questions about this event for anyone who has been there before....

I do not think I will be bringing my travel trailer this time...is there a direct need for electricty?  Is there anything any of you are using (not a generator) to power stokers and Coleman water heaters?

I will not be vending to the public.  Do we still need to buy the $126 Nevada state health permit?

What are the fire extinguisher guidelines?

I'm sure I will think of something else but that's it for now..

You can power the Stoker from a 12 v portable unit.  Costco has one right now for 60 bucks or so, with a light, jumper cables and inflator.  But you need the 12v adaptor that John (Rock at Stoker) sells.

No you don't need to pay the 126 if you are not vending.

Miht re think the trailer, last year we got rain, hail, and sunshine.  But your choice.

Fire putter outer, same as most but last year I am not sure I was asked??  I got one from Quiggs last year.
