Thanks again Bob. Louie and I started this six years ago, and it's grown to six to eight competitors. As the years have gone by it's harder to find unbiased judges among family and friends. Bob has helped now three years, Kris judged once. The throw down is 4-21-2012. any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Okay, here are the details for Louie's Throwdown:
Saturday April 21st and the address is 2168 E Leo Place, Chandler
There will be five (5) teams competing in three categories; chicken, ribs, pork.
There will be a need for a minimum of six (6) judges of which one (1) has already confirmed and one (1) Table Captain.
The turn-in times are as follows:
3:30 Chicken
4:15 Ribs
5:00 Pork
Beginning at 5:30 all guests will partake in an absolutely fantastic feast! There will be plenty of food, fun and music. Louie does request that if you drink alcohol it is BYOB.
I would like to have all confirmed Judges on site by 2:00 in order to have all the contest rules in place.

Thus far I have two (2) confirmed with myself as a third if I need to pull double duty. Still looking for at least four (4) more judges (BCS or KCBS preferred). Thanks. Bob
