I think it's kind of a Mexican hat! ....or is that a sombrero? Ah heck, I dunno! :laugh: Any hint? Is it a cooking device? Method? Possible food /spice?

Did you mean Serrano? If so, it's a pepper that is hotter than a jalapeno but not as hot as a habenero... Good taste!
