Hey Johnny,  Thanks, did not know that.  However, if you don't have a real, adjustable flag pole, should you wait to fly the flag until after noon??  I only have one of those post to fly the flag??

There is an alternative, if the flag is fixed to the top of a pole. It involves tying black ribbons somewhere on the pole. If you can't find the info on the internet, you're probably ok displaying the flag the entire day.
