• BBQ/Wine Pairing Event: February 08, 2011

Hey all, Big Daddy's BBQ Restaurant is hosting a unique BBQ/Wine pairing.

If any of you are into Wine & BBQ, you will love this.  I have been to a few and they were all great.

I am planning on going, if any of you are interested, please let me know ASAP.

The Paso Robles wine dinner will be held at;

Approximately 5-7pm.

We will be pairing the following;

'07 Caliza blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah~ Sliced Tri-Tip
'08 Adelaida Pinot Noir~ Sliced Brisket
'08 Cass Syrah~ BBQ Pulled Chicken
'08 Vina Robles Red 4~ Bone-In Chicken
'07 Thacher Triumvirate Zinfandel~ BBQ Pulled Pork

We also have some side dishes to accompany the meat entrees. They are as follows;

Homemade Cole Slaw
Baked Beans
Cornbread

The price is $45 per person, which includes food, wine, tax, and gratuity. All other beverages will be charged on consumption.

This is typically my poker night, but I might just forgo the cards for this.  Pairing wine to BBQ is really interesting.

Just got back from Big Daddy's BBQ.  Heard this event was canceled there and moved to another BBQ Restaurant.
