I guess my question was geared more toward whether the businesses were expecting each of us to spend a certain amount.  I was definitely planning to doing more sampling than sit down meal eating.

I was just visualizing $40 to $60 worth of food (family of 4) at each restaurant over a 6 hour period.  I can eat a lot but, wow, that would be a whole lotta barbeque to put away!!!

You gave me the info I was looking for.  Thanks Mike.

Nope, there is no minimum amount to spend at each place.  It's all up to what your appetite can handle.

Normally what happens is a few of us team up and order the big samplers and share them.
