Hey all, we are in full swing with our 2007 ASU Football Pre-Game Tailgate Parties and we wanted to Thank all of you for your support and help during the first 3 games this season.

ASU is 3-0 and ready to start it's Pac-10 schedule, so we keep our fingers crossed and keep the faith that they will continue to have an incredibly great season ahead.

Our First 3 tailgate Parties have been incredible.  We are averaging about 200 - 300 people per game and we know it will get bigger and better as the season progresses and as the Pac-10 Schedule comes to town.

We still have 5 Home Tailgate Parties remaining.

September 22nd, ASU vs. Oregon St. Presenting Sponsor is A&P Construction. Other Sponsors are DDog's Rubs & The Southwest International BBQ Cook-off.  The Charity will be Gabriel's Angels.
October 13th, ASU vs. Washington.  Presenting Sponsor is DeWALT.  Other Sponsors are DDog's Rubs & The Southwest International BBQ Cook-off.  The Charity will be The Susan G. Koman Foundation.
October 27th, ASU vs. CAL.  Presenting Sponsor is OnSemi Semiconductors.  Other Sponsors are DDog's Rubs & The Southwest International BBQ Cook-off.  The Charity will be The Turnbow Foundation.
November 22nd (Thanksgiving Day), ASU vs. USC.  No Presenting Sponsor, other sponsors is DDog's Rubs.  The Charity will be The Golden Retriever Rescue.
December 1st, ASU vs. UofA.  No Presenting Sponsor, other sponsors is DDog's Rubs.  The Charity will be The ASU Student Athlete Scholarship Fund.

We are raffling off 2 DeWALT Radio's at each game plus other great prizes including DDog's Rubs, Allstate merchandise, ASU shirts & merchandise and lots more.  At the October 13th tailgate, DeWALT will also be raffling off $1000 worth of DeWALT's tools for everyone who comes to the tailgate and donates to the charity that day.  Not bad for just a $10 donation.  All you can eat and chances to win great prizes.

We do have some great sponsors and Charities lined up for these games, but we need your help.  We do have 2 games that we still need Presenting Sponsors for, they are the last 2 games, against USC and UofA, probably the two biggest games of the year.  The Thanksgiving day game alone will be incredible, possibly national TV Coverage and one of the best Thanksgiving day meals you have ever had... Tailgate Style.

We also can have multiple sponsors for each game, so if you or anyone or any business you know would be interested in becoming one of our great sponsors, we would greatly appreciate talking with them.

What does a sponsorship get you??  Well, the best answer is exposure.  Our marketing firm has estimated that the traffic passing our Tailgate area and the exposure is worth $20,000 per game.  Between that and using the event as a possible employee appreciate event for your staff and their families, the returns are incredible.  I have also attached a flyer detailing some of the benefits.

Please take a few moments and if you do know of someone or a business that would enjoy an opportunity like this, and forward this e-mail to them or have them contact me directly.

We do look forward to seeing you all out at all the future tailgate parties this season and enjoying everything we have to offer.

Regards,

Mike
