Hey y'all! It's time for the 4th Annual Arizona Taco Festival. We still have room for competitors. Some details:

Oct. 19-20 at Salt River Fields
2-day Comp with a $5,000 per-day prize fund

Categories: chicken, pork, beef, seafood
Certified Judging from the National Taco Association
Fees: $300/day - $500/weekend
People's Choice Requirement - minimum of 500 $2 tacos sold to attendees (split 50/50)
Average Taco Sales last year was about 1,500 per team
