Anyone else going to this event ? It is one of our favorites and very well organized and run contest.Dates this tear are May 28th and 29th and they upped the prize fund to 10K this year and enty is only $200 for the 4 meats,best deal on a comp in the southwest  :).

We're planning on this as well!  We just need to make some money before it so we can put the air conditioner on the camper!!   :D

Yeah, great event.  Cool location right in Boulder City, walking distance to a Brewery and a cool local hangout.  Last year they had some great live music there.  Count us in on this one.

Yes, but it was also about 100 degrees during the day on the blacktop!!  Our garnish wilted from the time I took it out of its icy bath to put it into the turn in box!  And, thankfully we didn't have to wash our dishes because Seamus laid in the wash tub full of ice water!
