Hey Mike,

What's the plan as far as grillin' / BBQin' goes?  I could bring some of my (nearly) famous country ribs, ready to throw on an available grill.  I can also bring a side dish or two.  What is needed, desired?

Oh yes, we will have a grill available, so bring whatever you like.

We need appetizers, Chips & Dips, main courses, sides, desserts & drinks.

I will provide plates, napkins, plasticware, cups & some food.

Last year we had an enormous amount of food, and it was all fantastic.  I'm really looking forward to seeing what is coming this year.

This is a family friendly event, so bring the family.

I need to know if you are bringing an Appetizer, Entree, desert, dip, drinks, etc. so that we know what we need to pick up.

Should be a fun time and we have lots of great prizes and things to give away.

This is a great social event and it was really a blast last year, so make sure you try to get out to the event and meet lots of the AZBarbeque family.

Room for 2 more?  My wife and I are new to town and would love to go.  What food items are in short supply so far?  (although I'm guessing that even if everyone brings meat of some kind, nobody is going to complain about not getting any salad.)

Absolutely.  As of right now, we don't really have any entrees, so whatever is your speciality, plan to bring that.

If we don't have enough entree's, AZBarbeque will cook up some to have out there.

Mike ,along with the beans,5 layer dip,and chips ,I will bring BBQ ribs.How many racks do you think I should make ? Is there going to be a smoker there to keep all the food hot  like last year ? I will make them in the morning and then bring them in foil pans.So ribs are covered  How many racks ??

Oh yea, we will have the DeWALT Grill out there.  I am planning on cooking up some stuff as well.  Don't know what yet, but something..
