Hey all, we are tossing around the idea of bringing back the Holiday Party/Awards Banquet this year.
Please respond and let us know if you are interested in attending and if so, what date works best for you.
If we do decide to do it, we will also need to get some Sponsors, Donated Items for our Raffles and Volunteers to help out with it, so please post up if you can help out and assist with any of that.

The only conflict we ever have is a long-attended holiday tradition with an old school chum and his family. Hopefully the two parties won't collide.

I voted for the 7th, I can make any date work and I know the date that is pick won't work out for some thats why I like the voting and this is AMERICA and and majority wins. I've voted twice now today.

Hey all, we have decided that there is just no way we can do it before Christmas this year. Everyone's schedule is just too booked out.
So, with that in mind, the two dates we have available are::
Friday, December 28th
or
Saturday, December 29th.
Please vote on those two up above. We will do what the majority of you vote for.
Personally, I think Friday would be better, but whatever works for all of you.
We are also still in need of donated items for our Door Prizes, so please contact me if you have anything you can donate or if you can help sponsor the event.

Hey all, we are NOT getting much response on this event.
If we don't see more, we are going to pass on doing it as it costs quite a bit to throw and without our member's participation, it's just not worth it.
Please post up if you are able to attend on Friday the 28th of December. Right now, that is the most likely date for it if we do have it.

I hoping to have a meeting this week to see if we are locking it down.

Hey all, it looks like this party will NOT happen before the end of the year. We will look at putting something together the first part of the year.
Worse case scenario, we will have it at our Annual Superbowl Party like we did this past year.
We just didn't get enough response and sponsors to make it happen this month and with all that I have going on with my Business and the Holiday's, it just wasn't coming together as we needed it to.
Stay tuned after the first of the year for us to announce when it will be.
