We would like to do this event.  I jusy need to know who to contact, what the total cost is going to be, so I can send someone a check and sign up.

The cooking class is going to be held on Friday & Saturday, March 7 & 8 at Canyon RV Park in Anaheim, CA.  The cost of the class is $225 per person.  If your spouse is your teammate then you will need to pay $225 + $50 for your spouse.  I believe, however, that if your teammate is not your spouse then you will each need to pay the $225 fee.  Thom will surely be by to clarify this later today. 

The class will simulate an actual barbeque competition so you will get the most out of it by bringing your gear with you as well as the required meat and being prepared to cook.
