Hello,  as many of you know, AZBarbeque has been hosting tailgate parties out at all the ASU home games for 3 years now.  We are actively planning more of these infamous Pre-game Tailgates for the upcoming ASU season.  We would like to see if you or your company would be interested in hosting one of the tailgate parties?

We have teamed up with Whiskey Ranch BBQ this season and will be rolling out an entirely new tailgating concept.  You can see more of their setup at http://www.whiskeyranchbbq.com/  We feel that by teaming up with Whiskey Ranch, we will be able to bring in more ASU Alumni, Sun Angel Foundation members and Boosters to these tailgate parties and really increase our presence out at the game.  We have a new, exciting coaching staff and 8 home games this season including a big Thanksgiving day game against USC, so there will be lots of excitement going on with ASU Football this year.  Make sure you and your company are a part of it.

Hosting one of these tailgate parties would entitle you to have your banners at the tailgate site, advertise while at the tailgate, having us announce that you and your company are the proud sponsor of that specific tailgate and would include a number of "Tailgate Tickets" for you to hand out to your employees or clients as appreciation.  This will entitle them to free food and drink at the tailgate party.  You would also be encouraged to invite all of your friends, co-workers and families out to the event (You are encouraged to do this even if you don't sponsor one of the tailgates, they will still enjoy them).

Each of the games, we will have a charity that we will be supporting.  All the proceeds from the event will go to that Charity.  Everyone wanting to enjoy the food and drink at the tailgate will be asked to "Donate" $10 to this charity.  This will entitle them to free food and drink at the event and will help raise money for these worthy charities.  Some Charities that we already are in discussions with are:  Arizona Autism Support, ASU Student Athlete Scholarship fund, Battered Women, and we are actively looking for more, so if you know of some, please let us know.

If you are interested in hosting one of these great tailgates, please contact me for more details and to find out how you and your company can help make these events successful and fun.

If you know of someone or some company who would be interested in sponsoring one or more of these events, please have them contact us as well.  These can be great team builder events, employee or client appreciation events, recruitment perk, etc.   Monster.com has already signed on to host 2 of the tailgate parties and they intend to use them as incentives for their employees, so we know these can be lots of fun and great incentives for employees.

We anticipate having anywhere from 300 - 1000 people at each tailgate party, so the exposure your company would receive could be enormous.

We do look forward to hearing back from you.

If you can't commit to hosting one of the tailgate parties this season, please make sure to tell everyone you know about them and join us each game for a fun, tasty tailgate experience.  For a $10 donation, you can't get a much better tailgate experience than this.

Have a great day.

Regards,
