Yea, I was really looking forward to staying up all night with you guys again.  Last year at Taylor, a lot of the cooks stayed up all night and it was truly a blast.

Actually Jim I already have 25+ teams. There are a couple of first timers who have not picked a team name yet.

Anoymous Teams, they are probably the ones from the Southeast part of the U.S. trying to see if they can hang with the great Western States BBQ Guru's.  Figure if they don't provide a name, we won't recognize them.

Our teams will show them.... Out here, we smoke up Cacti, needles still intact.  Now that's BBQ..   

Good luck everyone and remember to have fun, that's what these contests are all about.

I can't wait to see the pictures and hear the stories.  I'm sure there will be lots of good one.
