Title: Tip A Cop Charity Event Benefiting Special Olympics

Hey all, we were approached by our friends at the Phoenix Police and asked if we could help out with this event.

It will be benefiting Special Olympics.

It will be like what we do for our Annual SMA Walk & Roll.

Here is what we need.

Appetizers
Salad
Entree
Sides
Dessert

If you are able to help out with any of this as well as on site cooking & serving, please let us know.

I would like to keep the Entree's to 3 meats & the sides to 4 sides.  This way it's easier.

For the meats, we would like to do Pulled Pork, Chicken & Brisket or Tri Tip.

For the sides, BBQ Beans, Mac & Cheese, Potato Salad & Cole Slaw

Appetizers, Salads & Desserts we are open on right now.

They have asked us to ramp up for 1000 people.

Desert Horizon Police Park

March 4th, 2017
10:00 am - 2:00 pm

There will be lots of other activities going on in conjunction with this event.  So come on out & join us.

Please post up if you are able to come out, help & support his great event.

Hey all, this event is coming up quick.

Here is our menu.

Pulled Pork
Tri Tip

BBQ Beans
Corn
Cole Slaw
Potato Salad
Peppers & Onions
Hot Dogs

Our group is supplying the food, so please help out however you can.  If you are able to cook up a case of Pork or smoke up some Tri Tip, that would be great.  If we get several members to help out & donate, it's not a lot of $$$.

Also looking for help on the day of the event to setup, serve & clean up.  

This is going to be a really fun event, they are going to have all sorts of activities out there, police cars, helicopter, SWAT, etc.

It's benefiting Special Olympics.

Date: Saturday, March 4th, 2017
Time:  10 am - 2 pm
Setup:  6 am - 10 am
Cleanup:  2 pm - 4 pm

     16002 N 56th St
      Phoenix, AZ 85004

This is a GREAT Opportunity for the entire family to get involved with a great community project & charity.  

We hope you all will come out & join us and let's show everyone how great the AZBarbeque family is.

This event is coming up this Saturday, could still use come help.

If you are able to join us & help set up, serve & tear down, we would love to have you.

If you are up for cooking up some Pork Butts, we would love that as well.
