This weekend (with my in laws) we are doing a turkey in the roaster and a twice smoked ham on the ProQ.

Nov. 25th (with my folks) we are smoking one turkey (along with a brisket) and tossing another turkey in the big easy.

My plans aren't definate yet but so far a spatchcocked turkey on the drum with smoked sausage under the skin might be what I'm having. (Re-play from last Thanksgiving.) lol

So far I will be smoking 7 turkeys.  2 will go to the fire department and crew that is serving during the holiday.  Ryan is in NJHS (National Junior Honor Society) and they are putting together a full blown, all the fixin's dinner for the fire department here in Anthem.  I am more than happy to cook for that cause.

I will be doing a few for our staff and a couple for us.
