Well, I used a simple Brine solution on mine overnight and then I used Scottie's Injection along with the Cheesecloth that Bear Recommended.

The end results were fantastic.  I did dry it out a bit, but it was still incredible tasting.

We also cooked one up traditionally in the oven. 

AWESOME meal, certainly my favorite of the year.

You caught that, huh?  It sure wasn't any of the seats by the wine... I don't drink wine anymore, not since my Alter Boy days...  ;D

If I didn't have to work tonight, that QT cup would have had some Captain in it as well...  Soon enough though.  Holiday Party is going to be CRAZY!!!
