BBQ Boot Camp 2020 at Sun City West BBQ Taste of Paradise Challenge.

Have you ever wanted to try to compete with the masters of BBQ? We are announcing BBQ Boot Camp 2020 to be held in conjunction with the Sun City West BBQ Taste of Paradise Challenge on March 6th thru March 7th, 2020 is Sun City AZ.

Past BBQ Boot Camps have been very successful in competing against some of the top teams that compete in the Barbeque Championship Series contest that have been run in conjunction with. Not many would have though the first year out of 35 teams a class of people who never have cooked in a competition could have placed as high as 13th overall with top ten walk in chicken (6th place) and brisket (8th place) but it happened that way. Surely for the $100 per person or $150 for a couple price that had to be a fluke.  The next BBQ Boot Camp was just as successful with a 6th place over all and 3 out of 4 top ten calls. Chicken (5th place), Ribs (2nd place), and Pork (4 place) were called with only brisket left was causing the pro teams to gasp as it was looking like at that point that the Boot Camp Team could have been Grand Champions.

What you get for $100 per person or $150 per couple is two top teams that have many GCs, RGCs, and 1st place awards between them that just happen to have contrasting styles which is important that you are able to understand multiple ways to cook Championship BBQ. They walk you from meat selection, timelines, flavor profiles, doneness, and right thru presentation to judges. With all this you only need to show up once registration and payment is fulfilled. We provide the meat, smokers, and all the equipment for Boot Campers to produce Championship BBQ. You just bring yourself but be prepared to get your hands dirty as it is very hands on.

If I were you, I would want to get those entry forms and payment in as soon as possible as with how successful it has been and the fact it is the best value in classes for someone who is interested in Competition BBQ at a competitive level. With the interest in people wanting us to due the next BBQ Boot Camp it is very likely to fill up fast.

Just an FYI, the Friday night festivities are only for the BBQ Teams, their families & friends, Sponsors & VIP's.

Friday Night is NOT open to the public at this event.

Sorry for any confusion.

There will be water available.  No Ice.  There is a Frys Grocery store right next door kind of in the same parking lot.
