So you want a stickburner but don't have the room to park a trailer?

Meet my littlest reverse flow! She's fully functional and very accurate! I competed on her for rib turn in at RocCity Ribfest in Rochester, NY a few weeks back and placed 26th of 62 teams! (never competed before that!)

She's best run on all wood, she cooks 1/2 chickens, a bunch of legs, garlic cloves, racks of ribs, pork butts, and more! You'd be surprised what you can fit in a 6x13" chamber!

The little girl starts on propane to make her easier to get going, all parts on her function like the big boys. The tongue cranks to ballance temps, the vents to raise and lower temps, the valve to drain grease...

Just 'cause she is small, don't think she is a light weight! She weighs in over 75 lbs and has so much mass, when you shut her fire down from 250, she takes over 1.5 hours before she drops below 200!

I build and sell these for $450 right now on my website or if you have a special size or request, give me a shout and we will custom build you something!

Thanks!

Roughly $65-85 UPS Ground 4 days to AZ. I am working on building 2 more next week I think. These will be a test on a lighter weight build.

Just curious, Is that a working axle on the trailer and can your remote control Jeep actually tow the smoker?   As Mike would say,  It's all about the roll-up.

a 3lb camp stove bottle painted white. I cannot ship a propane tank so it is up to the customer to paint one if they want. It is a propane pre-starter.

Exactly! I got a green coleman 3lb bottle, took the label off and buffed the sticky crap away then painted it white to make it look like a 30lb propane tank on the front. I have been using this a bunch (at least 15 times) and still am using the same propane tank. The propane is just for starting so there is plenty! Harbor Freight sells a refill kit for these bottles for something like $20. Just hook the big bottles to the little bottle with the adapter and fill'er up! I actually thought about using some model decals I have in a box someplace for a propane tank hazard. Thought it would be overkill though.

Not be off topic but I am thinking that my wife will be buying the "Branding Iron" for me for Father's Day.  I was wondering what format you need for the logo.  I will be paying the extra for the Design.   Thanks, let me know!!
