That is an awesome smoker, we are thinking about getting some of them for the GC Trophy for our next event.  That would be pretty cool trophy.. A working Mini..

Aww sorry bud! I have around $280 in parts in the little bugger and a week of fabricating. Working on getting it down to 3 days and less materials to lower the cost some and try to make a few $ on the deal. Most if not all of our products are priced too low right now but its paying off with getting us orders while helping our customers in these times of hardship. I know I understand the pain of my customers and the desire to still have great BBQ stuff!

Shipping is all based on your location. The current version 1.0 we have weighs aprox 75lbs. The version 2.0 we are currently crafting has a target weight of 50 lbs and does not have the propane pre-starter.

Very cool news out today! This is now the world record holder for the shortest reverse flow smoker!

I've just finished a much lighter (roughly 40lbs vs 75lbs for the old one) and still as functional unit! It's the 2.0 mini!!

The chamber length is 1" longer and 1/2" deeper, the Drain is larger and flows better, the baffle is flat to also be used as a griddle, the draft is much more consistent from the new vents, the latch is much sturdier on the new patio configuration. Im knocking $150 off the price for these buggers!

That would make a great prize. Although I'm not sure who would want to strut up on stage to accept the "Teeny Weeny" award. ::)

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

First, take your digitalis. Then look at the first post. Price is near the last line. Have a defibrillator handy.
