My little project I jumped into to convert a propane tank into an offset BBQ Smoker is completed. Managed to not blow myself up (always a plus) and my buddy Griller42 was a welding machine, and fabrication genius getting this little dream of mine into reality.
So, without further Ado, I present for public enjoyment, my new offset smoker that weighs so much we can barely figure out how to get the sucker over to my house..............

PS
Griller42 (member here) has 2 large propane tanks he will be starting on next week if anyone needs a big custom smoker. 8)

Looks awesome..... have you cooked on it yet??

Cooked on her 3 times now and learned the following
- It loves to sit on 225-250 degrees
- Very easy modulate temp as the fuel burns down
- It seems to promote beer drinking, even early in the morning
- I smell like smoke while eating a 10 hour shoulder
- The People at the Pork Shop are starting to recognize me
- My Cholesterol is jacked up
Next stop, Brisketville!
