Title: My New Smoker from East Texas Smoker Company

Just picked it up on the way to the Sun City Contest last week. Worked pretty well for it being only my second time cooking on it. I love the pull out cutting board and stainless steel counter plus all the storage area on it.

I also have a Guru on it, not really sure how to make the most of that yet.  It will be great to learn how to let cook for hours at a time with out adding more fuel to it. Anyhow if any you have a question about his smokers go ahead and check out his web site www.easttexassmokercompany.com.

I hope to see you all at the Christmas part if we can make it.

Rod

D'OH! Now I know why I was confused! I was admiring your beautiful new pit while y'all were off cleaning up, and I kept thinking it was used from reading about you selling your old unit!
I love the hatchet handles. Heck, that alone would sell me on one of these things. Someday I'll own a RF smoker!
Congrats, guys!

I know what you mean by the hatchet handles, I seen Rod old pit at HavaBBQ this year and had to have one.
