New!
Heckuva cool device, Kitch. Thanks for sharing!
I wish I had seen this earlier. I was doing a walk-through yesterday of a client's brand new kitchen. Its a French quick service concept I named Delice Bistro. It's off Mill Avenue in Tempe. I had recommended salt crust roasting their beef because they were looking for something different. It tasted terrific in the test kitchen, but I'd love to see a "Josper" in action.
This restaurant also has a in-house chocolatier that I named Bouchee. (means mouthful) I sampled macarons and chocolate truffles. They were the best I've ever had of both, but I learned that delicate truffles don't handle the ride home on in a hot car! My wife said that the macarons in melted chocolate sauce were good.
