I'll be ordering one of these for my new house right after I pick up my GT-R.
That's the day after I collect my Redneck Retirement.

Which means, don't hold your breath...

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

New!
Heckuva cool device, Kitch. Thanks for sharing!

I wish I had seen this earlier. I was doing a walk-through yesterday of a client's brand new kitchen. Its a French quick service concept I named Delice Bistro. It's off Mill Avenue in Tempe. I had recommended salt crust roasting their beef because they were looking for something different. It tasted terrific in the test kitchen, but I'd love to see a "Josper" in action.

This restaurant also has a in-house chocolatier that I named Bouchee. (means mouthful) I sampled macarons and chocolate truffles. They were the best I've ever had of both, but I learned that delicate truffles don't handle the ride home on in a hot car! My wife said that the macarons in melted chocolate sauce were good. :-\
