Smoking in a Weber Grill

I have a pretty decent Weber Grill that I want to convert to a smoker. Does anyone have any idea's on doing this.  It is just sitting on the patio looking for something to do since I bought a brinkman combo gas/Charcoal grill

Google  BBQ pit boy's they have got lots of videos using a weber type grill...it's not so much converting it to a smoker as it is just pushing the coals to one side of the weber and using an indirect cooking method...
