Jubes BBQ uses a massive roto smoker and I  have tasted some dang fine q off of it.  Have never owned one myself but the idea behind keeping the meat moving to smooth out temp variances seems like a good idea to me.

I believe, maybe, smokin aces uses a roto-smoker (but i may have the team name wrong) some hopefully one of them will jump on here and give you the heads up.

If you need any help let me know. I would be interested in building one. I have a CNC Plasma machine and could design it in my CAD program. Determine the exact size of the forebox , firebox inlet and exhaust to have it draw correctly. Also we would make it seal properly. If interested let me know.

Also I just saw a mule tuff. Guy here in Tucson just brought it home. Nice unit gave me some good ideas when I get the oppurtunity to build one. I like round but do not have a roller. I was looking at a different design little more boxy. Well anyway you know where I am at.

I think it would be. After finding an excel spread sheet that gives you exact dimensions to create the proper air flow it makes designing easy. Plus having the CNC Machine all I need to do is draw out the cut sheets based upon what I drew and start welding. I love to build. Oh the gravity feed smoker is alive. Ted was testing it last night.
