PROBES??

I have a question on probes, there are many of them, prices from $60 to hundreds. When my grill was built by Lang, they pre-made holes for probes. Been looking at this one:

what is important to you??  wireless so you can see what is going on from inside??  I love thermoworks products and I actually like their handheld for the restaurant over the thermopen, but I have several of each. 

That said, if you are not looking for a monitor, I would first get a couple cheap poulder style and see how I use them.  They can be picked up from Costco Business for 15 bucks each.  I would get a good thermo from Thermoworks (thermopen pr handheld with a k probe) and make sure you get the fast read point.
