I like how it can go mobile so quickly.  Yes, expensive but nice.  I wonder if the HD would like that thing as a catering unit??

Ask Mike Blake how wrong it is to have to walk all that way to the stage, so often to collect the money and awards?

But, I have said it before, it is more the cook, than the cooker.

I think if I had a RV gate, that thing would be in the backyard. I don't think it will transfor to its side to fit through the standard gate.

Yes, do they "plug" in there smokers??  I am not that familiar with the competion stuff.  I just more or less like to just cook my food and eat it...  You know, keeop it real simple 8)

yeah Baby, plugs are high on the list.  You have to b a skilled cooker to win on this typ of smoker, its not that simple. I could give you all my recipes and let you use my smoker and i'll bet you it want tast like mine. It takes alot of practice on this smoker too. You want know unless you try it. we have both and like both but don't knock  it till ya try it. ;)
