I have it on good info that the Meadow Creek line of BBQ and Smoker's is coming to BBQ Island first of 2013. Now, I don't work there, but was told I could pass along the info that while they are getting ready to place their initial order, some sweet deals can be had, especially on the shipping costs. (The more of that truck we can fill with initial orders....the smaller the shipping costs for everyone.)
If you are in the market for one of the best pig roasters out there, (ok, IMHO), or a sweet chicken roaster grill, this stuff is the bomb. And I've never used one but I hear they build a really nice series of smokers and grills, and build some great custom trailers.
If you are looking to add to the arsenal, take a look at the Meadow Creek BBQ website, then pop in to BBQ Island and tell the guys you want in on the early meadow creek deal.
