The plan is to burn wood. I'll probably use some lump to season it to shorten the tme line versus burning that much wood to start.

The grill is 40 x 24. If you look at the grill pic you will see a piece of angle iron. That causes the grill to tip toward the front and mops and grease travel to the angle iron catch piece. Remove the catch piece and the grill levels out and you can do dogs and brats all day and they won't roll off.
