New!
Here are some pictures of a vertical smoker I built for a client in North Dakota. It performed awesome. Temp came up to 325 and was lowered to 225. I also built a charcoal / wood rack so the smoker can be ran on gas or wood. The burner was awesome the blue flame that it produced was exactly what I calculated. The smoker has a water pan about 3 - 4 gallons and can be drained out the back. The water pan is protected buy a 3/16 heat shield that is removable and easily replaced. Door is gasket sealed with cool touch handles on all vents.
