Here it is painted and ready to go. The Pit is awesome. Turned out very nice. I would not change much except the gasket on the grill itself. The vertical needs a gasket as it is difficult to seal the door. However, the horizontal will seal just as well without a gasket.

Man, you do great work! I'd love to cook on one of your pits someday! Keep up the great work! Are you going to be at the SCOTTSDALE event or any teams using your pits?

I was at David's shop the other day, this thing is bigger and better built than these photos show. It's a beast. The workmanship and pride put into these grills is unbelievable. Freakin awesome.

Awesome smoker!

David are you able to mount these to a trailer body, and what are the food volumes on each of your smokers?

Thanks,
Kenny

Kenny, My pits can be mounted on a trailer. I do not MFG trailers but if you have one we can custom fit it. As for the amount of food.

A four shelf vertical smoker can hold

16 Average Size Pork Buts
9 - 12 Slabs of Ribs
48 Chicken Breast
16 Whole Chickens
8 Briskets

We can build a cooker to suit your needs.

So the one in the picture holds about double what you have up top?
